V. Vikram Venkataramani, President of VVV CPA PC, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) with experience providing assurance services to a variety of large and small companies. Vikram previously worked with KPMG and held the position of Audit Senior Manager in the New York office. Prior to that, he had extensive project management experience with a large retail company and was instrumental in implementing an enterprise-wide corporate performance measurement solution.
Vikram has extensive experience in financial compilations, reviews and audits, valuation services, personal and corporate multi-state tax returns, FBAR and FATCA compliance, as well as IRS Offshore Account Disclosure, OVDP and SDOP Amnesty applications. He also provides litigation support and specializes in installing and implementing accounting and internal control systems for clients in financial reporting, information technology and human resource administration.
Vikram is a CPA licensed in New York and New Jersey, as well as a Certified Practising Accountant (Australia) and Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario, Canada). He is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Vikram graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.
MICHAEL GOGNA
As a Senior Accountant in the firm’s tax practice, Michael Gogna is dedicated to providing both domestic and international tax compliance to clients. He has experience in the review of tax returns for both individuals and businesses. He enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to gain a full understanding of their tax situations with the aim of personalizing the experience for each client and providing customized solutions.
Michael also brings international experience with him from his previous work as a senior auditor with B D Bansal & Company, Chartered Accountants in India where he was employed for three years conducting financial statements audits for manufacturing companies and reviewing financial statements.
Michael received his Bachelor of Commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
AKASH SHRIVASTAVA
He joined VVV CPA PC in February 2023. His current scope of work includes preparing tax returns, conducting research on complex tax issues, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. He also assists individuals and businesses across all 50 U.S. states in managing their tax compliance obligations.
Akash is a CPA aspirant and continues to expand his expertise in U.S. taxation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy and Finance) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India."
Outside of work, Akash enjoys reading about finance and business, learning new ways to present data, and keeping up with changes in global tax laws. He likes helping young professionals grow and often joins ICAI (India) webinars and discussion groups to share his knowledge. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to places with rich culture, practicing mindfulness, and playing board games that challenge his thinking.
SHALIN PORWAL
Shalin Porwal is a professional with a dual degree in analytics, holding a Masters in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from Christ University Bangalore. He commenced his career at JC Kabra and Associates in Mumbai, where he dedicated a year to developing automated financial reporting systems using SQL and PowerBI. As an intern at Baker Tilly US, Shalin engaged in Exploratory Financial Data Analysis, sharpening his skills in understanding and interpreting complex financial data. Shalin primarily focuses on data entry automation and integrating automation within the firm's traditional workflows.
SAILAJA PADULLAPARTHI
Sailaja Padullaparthi joined the firm in 2022. She primarily focuses on preparation of tax returns, and also handles a wide range of administrative tasks for the firm. Sailaja received her Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce from Andhra University, India.
ANIRUDH PADULLAPARTHI
Anirudh is passionate about exploring new ideas and continuously finding better ways to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve client experiences. He believes that technology should serve as a bridge to simplicity and transparency, and he applies this philosophy in his daily work by aligning intelligent systems with the firm's long-term goals. In addition to his technical responsibilities, he is actively involved in client coordination and internal support, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and personalized service.
